The Angelic Hierarchy in Heaven.
Over the last several weeks, I have been graced with a new angelic guide who has been by my side. He is part of the Thrones order—one of the highest orders of angels, part of the first sphere closest to our Creator. As I have been told before, the divine realm does have specific roles, orders, and divine purposes.
This week he brought forth more details on the nine choirs of angels. You can get info on these angelic spheres under our tab Learn, under Angel 101, but below is more additive information on these angelic spheres, how they support God, and how they interact with us as humans.

The Nine Choirs of Angels: Part Two
This week, we continue with Part Two of our Nine Choirs of Angels.
As a quick refresher, last week we learned that the Nine Choirs are divided into three spheres, with three angelic orders within each: Seraphim, Cherubim, Thrones, Dominions, Virtues, Powers, Principalities, Archangels, and Angels.
We began with the First Sphere—the angelic beings who exist closest to God and the Godhead: the Seraphim, Cherubim, and Thrones.
The Seraphim protect the throne of God, the Godhead, and the Ascended Masters. But they do much more than simply protect the throne. They carry an overseeing quality for the angels beneath them, for not just anyone can stand before the Lord. They are gatekeepers, of sorts, to the highest realm—pure fire, pure love, and pure power, radiating in their closeness to Source. Divine Love is the Seraphim.
The Cherubim are also protectors, one level below the Seraphim. They protect the gates to the Lord—not necessarily the gates to Heaven, but the gates to God and the Godhead. The Cherubim also oversee knowledge and wisdom: divine creation and how beings understand and interpret knowledge, especially throughout the universe. They take on special projects for God and the Godhead and help oversee the blueprint of creation. There is a connection here to sacred geometry, the inner workings of the universe, and creation itself. Divine Wisdom is the Cherubim.
The Thrones are the record keepers. They keep things written, organized, transcribed, and preserved. They oversee what was described to me as the Book of Life, or the Akashic Records. Everything is tracked, managed, cataloged, and recorded. Think of the Thrones as some of the greatest scribes and librarians of the divine realm, entrusted with protecting information that exists incredibly close to God.
They also help transcribe God's wishes and instructions and pass them through the angelic order, eventually reaching the Archangels and Angels who interact more directly with humanity. They help disseminate divine information outward—to the front lines, so to speak—where God's messengers can bring His guidance to His children.
There is immense responsibility in this role: preserving the integrity of God's message and helping ensure that His love, wisdom, and guidance are carried forward as intended. The Thrones are the Divine Keepers of Knowledge.
Together, these first three choirs give us a glimpse into the incredible order surrounding the Divine: love, wisdom, and knowledge.
Now, we move outward from the throne of God and into the next two spheres. Here, we begin to encounter the angelic orders whose responsibilities increasingly involve the workings of the universe, the Earth, and ultimately, each one of us.
The closer we move toward humanity, the more we begin to understand something the angels continually remind me of: we are never navigating this life alone.

“Dominions: Overseers of God’s kingdoms on the various planes. Think of planets, galaxies, and where you reside and live. Overseeing the kingdom of Earth and its inhabitants. Where humanity resides. Think of nature and what makes up each planet and place where you personally reside. The natural elements, the elementals, the sea and air. Overseeing where humans will reside and live and ultimately breath and exist. Celestial administrators, maintain order through the cosmos, and establishing oversight over the spheres of angels that will now start to interact with humanity on a far closer experience. Divine Leadership and Governance is Dominions.
Virtues: Now that you are here, (on the earthly plane) how do you reside and exist? These are angels that often help humanity with right from wrong. The moral compass that resides in the heavens and helps humans ascend to what their soul already knows. Like the name says, how do you live and abide virtuously? How do we guide humanity and the heavens to know good from bad, right from wrong? Not only within the angelic realm but in every galaxy where living beings reside, how do they align to their moral compass. It’s that gut feeling and instinct that tells you how to make a wise choice. They are Divine Grace and spiritual resilience is Virtues.
Powers: Powerful angelic beings that reside in heaven overseeing good and evil. Keeping those feelings in check not only on the Earthly plane, but in the universe. While angels are vast protectors of the universe and the Lord, that extends out to the many dimensions our great Creator has created. Light and dark, good and bad, limitless opportunity to do better and to grow; that is what they oversee. How to overcome the need, sometimes insatiable need to do wrong, how that is policed in the heavens. Overcoming darkness and grief, souls who have lost their way, finding their way back to the light and love of the Lord our God. Divine Protection is Powers.
Principalities: Bring it closer to humanity and everyday life on Earth. Globally, you are talking about billions of people. Billions of people with the power to do great things, but also horrible things like war and famine and control. Principalities sit close to humanity and help oversee the kingdom on earth of nations, countries, and regulating that power. Enabling people to know that there is a good power, and not to succumb to harsh and evil ways. Like a national governing body of the world instructing and helping people choose light and love. When a war breaks out, calling on the Principalities so that we have diplomacy, discussion, a balance of divine masculinity and divine femininity. Guardians of Nations is Principalities.
Archangels: These are the chief Messengers from God himself to humanity. To have a direct link and line to God and his thoughts and wishes. For humanity to understand what God wants for each of us. The message is simple and almost always the same, to be filled with what God made you of, Love. Light and love and the willingness to look deep inside and know that everything you need is right inside of you. You need not look far. To promote peace on earth and goodwill. To defend the Lord our God in the heavens to make sure that humanity understands his message and his word. The archangels are to connect and speak with humanity as it is God’s will to let them know it is their God given right to create their own heaven on earth and enjoy it. Enjoy it and create for you and for him. Divine Messengers are the Archangels.
Angels: The angels that walk among you today, the guardian angel that is right by your side, the millions of unknown angels who are listening to every prayer and request that you have for the Lord your God. For the deepening of your intuition to hear, to listen, and to think about praying. How to pray and be heard, how to make the right choices, how to live in light and love. The angels are the closest to God’s creations, humanity, and are right by your side to help you live your life day in and day out. How to make the right decisions for you and your soul path and purpose. But to still have a direct link to God, the Almighty, the Creator and maker of heaven and earth. Divine Personal Companions are the Angels.
You all have an incredible team that is by your side day in and day out to help you with this thing called life. Life does not need to be hard. Challenging at times, yes. But otherwise, you would not grow and expand and that is what life is about. Experiences that help you grow, expand, and understand God’s love for you. To give thanks to the Lord our God who made you and created you and gave you the breath of life. To enable you to make the world a better place. To give you the power to enrich other people’s lives, not just your own. To give back and to be of service, not only to the Lord our God, but to other people. For service is the greatest gift you can give back to the Lord our God.
Now that you understand who the angels are, what they do, and how they are here to help your soul; call on them. Know you have a team in the universe, in the heavens above and right here on earth working behind the scenes for you always. Your God loves you infinitely enough, that this divine race of beings is solely dedicated to him and the love he has for you. Call on them, thank them, and fill yourself with laughter and joy as that is how we are repaid. Your happiness, your love, your joy, which sends shockwaves to the heavens that reverberate through them. Holy, holy, holy Lord. Lord of heaven and might. Hosanna in the highest. Amen.”
