How to Work With Your Spirit Guides

Your spirit guide is a loving spirit who is assigned to you at birth. Many have lived a life on Earth. You are assigned one spirit guide who will support you throughout your entire life. They offer guidance, reassurance, clarity, and encouragement—they never produce fear, never force, and never interfere with your free will.
In addition to your main spirit guide, you might also have multiple guides assisting you as well. These guides may come and go depending on your life purpose and where you need help and guidance. Working with your spirit guides isn’t about giving your power away. It’s about learning to trust your intuition, recognize subtle communication, and knowing you have unseen support from the higher realms. You can call in a guide for just about anything, think of them as master teachers along for the ride of your life.
1. Understand Who Your Spirit Guides Are
Spirit guides may include ancestors, teachers, healers, or helpers who have worked with you across lifetimes. You do not need names or visions to connect. Their guidance is loving, supportive, and aligned with your highest good.

Your words matter, your thoughts convey action. Setting the intention for your guides to help you, bringing awareness to them, sets you on a path to enabling the ultimate helpers to guide you through life. 6. Recognize How Guidance Shows Up
Guidance may arrive as intuition, emotional shifts, peace, or repeating signs. If a thought feels loving and supportive, trust it. Listen for the intuitive nudges, the little voice that is trying to get your attention. Sit in meditation to listen, listen to your team.
