Straight from THE Source: Vol 22 The 9 Choirs of Angels

Welcome to the 22nd edition of …….

Straight from THE Source.

A History of Angels - Angelic Wisdom from THE Source.

The Angelic Hierarchy in Heaven.

Each week, I channel messages from my angels, specific Archangels, my spirit guides, and occasionally other loved ones in spirit who step forward. These messages are offered with one intention: to heal, to uplift, and to remind you that you are deeply loved. I hold this work with great reverence and humility, often asking why I was entrusted with this gift. I believe God—Source, or what many call the Creator—communicates through the angels.

Trust that these words will reach you exactly when you need them. I believe deeply in divine timing and in a universe that supports you, if you allow it. Lean in. Let go. Surrender, like the ocean, which you will find is a theme on A History of Angels. My hope is that these messages serve you—whether by offering healing, clarity, or simply a moment of peace.

The Seraphim, Cherubim, and Thrones

Over the last several weeks, I have been graced with a new angelic guide who has been by my side. He is part of the Thrones order—one of the highest orders of angels, part of the first sphere closest to our Creator.  As I have been told before, the divine realm does have specific roles, orders, and divine purposes.

This week he brought forth more details on the nine choirs of angels. You can get info on these angelic spheres under our tab Learn, under Angel 101, but below is more additive information on these angelic spheres, how they support God, and how they interact with us as humans.

The Nine Choirs of Angels

This week and next, we are diving into a topic that you can also find under Angels 101 on the A History of Angels website: the hierarchy of angels in heaven.

Traditionally, the Nine Choirs of Angels are known as the Seraphim, Cherubim, Thrones, Dominions, Virtues, Powers, Principalities, Archangels, and Angels.

These angelic orders have been written about for centuries. We find references to several of them in the Bible and other ancient religious texts, but our understanding of the complete Nine Choirs developed over time. I also believe that some of this knowledge may have been received or channeled through people who had a deep connection to the Divine.

One of the earliest and most influential descriptions of the Nine Choirs came from a Christian theologian and monk we now know as Pseudo-Dionysius the Areopagite, who wrote around the late fifth or early sixth century. His writings organized the angels into three spheres, with three orders—or choirs—within each. This understanding was later expanded upon by St. Thomas Aquinas and other Christian theologians and became deeply influential within Catholic tradition.

But what I am sharing with you below goes beyond the historical teachings. This is what was channeled to me through one of my angelic guides.

The angels' hope is that humanity begins to better understand God's messengers and recognize that there is a bridge between the human and the Divine.

They want us to know that we are never alone.

We are surrounded by God's love, and we have His heavenly messengers available to guide and support us. We can call upon our angels, our guardian angels, and the archangels for help, while also understanding that there is a beautiful order within the heavenly realm.

Perhaps that is one of the most important reasons to learn about the Nine Choirs in the first place. It isn't simply about understanding who sits where within an angelic hierarchy.

It is about understanding that heaven has order. Heaven has purpose. And within that divine order are these incredible beings who serve God and are available to help humanity.

We are far more supported than we realize.

Angelic Channel

“In the heavens there is order.  Order predicated by God, the Creator, and Source of all things living and seen.  For without order, nothing can be run efficiently.  The Lord your God, has an infinite way of running the universe on perfect standing.  Perfect equilibrium, perfect in all things, with very little error to be found.  How does he do this?  The Creator of all there is?  For he built it that way.

Everyone has a purpose, everyone has a job, there is meaning behind even the mundane. That not only starts with the Universe, but for those who are in it and call it home, specifically the angels.

There are nine choirs of Angels that report up to God and what we refer to as the Godhead.  The Godhead is the triumvirate, the father, the son, and the Holy Spirit.  Surrounding the Godhead are 24 Ascended Masters.  Spirits of people who were once living that made the ultimate sacrifice to love the lord their God in the most awesome fashion.  The Ascended Masters are dedicated to the divine, to ignoring all earthly pursuits and riches, and those who ascended to being able to stand in front of the Lord.  Surrounding the Godhead and Ascended Masters are the angels.  A creation specifically for God to protect the universe and mankind.  Filled with nothing but love and grace and perfection.  Angels are filled with unconditional love and do not waver when it comes to serving and loving the Lord their God.  Below is an explanation of their roles, responsibilities, and how they keep order in the heavens and oversee the universe and mankind.

The definition of hierarchy is a system where people, things, or in this case angels, are arranged in levels based on some sort of classification.  It could be a rank of importance, authority, responsibility, whatever it is - it is in an orderly form.  That hierarchy exists in heaven as the levels and orders of the angels.  The nine levels of angels are below:

Seraphim

Cherubim

Thrones

Powers

Virtues

Dominions

Principalities

Archangels

Angels

Let’s start with the Seraphim….

Seraphim protect the throne of God, the Godhead, and the Ascended Masters. There is good and evil, light and dark. You see it within people on Earth and where they can be swayed.

But the Seraphim do much more than just protect the throne and the Godhead. They do have an overseeing quality of all the angels beneath them, for not just anyone can stand before the Lord. They are a gatekeeper of sorts for access to the highest realm.  They are pure fire, pure love, pure power radiating so close to Source. The Source of all there is. (Almost like fireballs to give you an accurate description. But they still have wings.)

They oversee the cosmos in totality. Every part of the universe from an angelic perspective, it rolls up to them. There are many levels and dimensions. As Jesus spoke, “my father’s house has many rooms.” Many dimensions for souls and their spirit to evolve and continue on. Divine Love is the Seraphim.

Cherubim- think of them as protectors of sorts, guardians, but one level below the Seraphim. They protect the gates to the Lord, protect Heaven and the universe and what he built. Not necessarily the gates to Heaven, but the gates to God and the Godhead. Not all souls are ready to stand before the lord. They are in heaven, but only few get to be in an area like the highest dimension where Source presides.

Cherubim also oversee knowledge and wisdom. Divine creation, how beings understand and interpret knowledge, especially in the universe. They were called on to protect the tree of life with Adam and Eve because after eating the apple they realized what they were. Adam and Eve now had the knowledge and understanding of good and evil. They also do special projects for God and the Godhead and oversee the blueprint of creation. There is a tie here to sacred geometry, the inner workings of the universe and creation.  They are not little babies, but angels with such genius and love inside them. Many faces, multifaceted, and so much more. Divine Wisdom is the Cherubim.

Thrones- Thrones are the record keepers who keep everything written down, organized, and transcribed. They oversee the Book of Life or the Akashic records. For God wants everything to be tracked, managed, cataloged, and recorded for posterity purposes. The highest subset level reporting directly to God would be protecting, creating, and then writing it all down. Think of them as the greatest scribes and librarians of all time. Protecting such information that is so close to God. They are also responsible with transcribing God’s wishes and instructions and passing them along to the archangels who will interface with humanity the most. Not all archangels can stand before the mighty Source of all there is. The Thrones protect the Godhead and disseminate the information to the front lines to the angels -that then go and spread the word of the Lord. They help all the Ascended Masters for spreading unconditional love and joy from God to his children. There is immense responsibility in this role. Divine keepers of knowledge is Thrones.”

To sum it up, the First Hierarchy is devoted to supreme service to the Lord our God—Source, the Creator of all that is seen and unseen. The Creator and giver of life, who continues to create across dimensions, nourish our souls, and give us the opportunity to evolve our spirits and fulfill our life’s work, again and again.

What an incredible privilege it is simply to have been created.

The First Hierarchy is closest to God, surrounding and protecting the Divine Presence while carrying, cataloging, and recording the immense love and wisdom that flow from our Creator.

Next week, we move into the final two hierarchies and begin to see how that divine love moves closer and closer to us. From the Dominions down through the Archangels and Angels, we will explore the heavenly beings whose roles increasingly intersect with humanity and our everyday lives.

And perhaps that is the most important message of all:

You are never alone, and you are never far from God’s love.

In fact, you couldn’t be closer.

God’s love has always been inside of you. The Divine is within your heart—quite literally, a heartbeat away.

Stay tuned for Part Two next week as we dive into the final two angelic hierarchies and meet the heavenly beings who help bring God’s love, guidance, and divine order closer to us here on Earth.

As I often say, these are the messages I have been blessed to receive and share...

Straight From THE SOURCE.

“Each living creature had four different faces: a human face in front, a lion’s face at the right, a bull’s face at the left, and an eagle’s face at the back. Two wings of each creature were raised so that they touched the tips of the wings of the creatures next to it, and their other two wings were folded against their bodies. Each creature faced all four directions, and so the group could go wherever they wished, without having to turn.“ Ezekiel 1:10-13 The description of the angels surrounding God.

Sending you so much love and blessings!
