  • Energy healing is a gentle, non-invasive practice that works with subtle life-force energy to release energetic blocks, restore harmony, and support healing and spiritual alignment at the soul level. ASHATI Energy healing speacializes in emotional and mental healing. It can expand awareness, helping you let go of fears, and promote deep soul healing.

  • The human body has many energy centers named chakras. I work with 12 different chakras, though most people know the main 7. They are positioned along the spine where major endocrine systems, glands, and nerves are located. Each chakra connects the physical body to a specific energy body, allowing these to interact and influence the physical body and its consciousness. It is Sanskrit for “wheel or circle,” think of a spinning circle of energy.

  • It is best to be lying down or you can sit in a chair.  Be in a place where you will be undisturbed and can quietly meditate or relax.  The healing will take place via zoom or over the phone, whichever you prefer. 

    Following the 60 minute distant healing, I will walk you through what I found and what came through.

  • Rest, drink plenty of water, and be gentle with yourself. Most people feel relaxed, but over the next few days can sometimes feel tired and emotional, as stress and blockages are released. Your body will work through the healing over the next few days.

  • All healings are done via zoom or over the phone.

    Healings take 60 minutes in total. This includes a psychic scan of your body, the healing, and review of what I felt and found.

    1 hour session is $150 US dollars.
