Recalibration: The First Step to Ascension
A History of Angels - Angelic Wisdom from THE Source
Archangel Gabriel
While in Italy the past two weeks I was surrounded by the most incredible churches, history, angels, and the feeling of community. As I recently traveled through Cinque Terre, I was struck by the small villages and communities that have existed for hundreds, if not thousands of years. These towns are home to some of the healthiest and longest-living people in the world. As I observed their lives, something became very clear….community.
They walk. They spend time outdoors. They work the land. They gather with family. Multiple generations live close to one another. Neighbors know each other. People help one another. There is a sense of belonging and connection that many modern societies have lost.
Somewhere along the way, we moved away from community and connection. We traded presence for productivity. We traded relationships for busyness. We became more connected through technology, yet often more disconnected from each other. Human beings were never meant to carry life alone. We were created for connection. Connection with God. Connection with nature. Connection with our families and communities. Connection with ourselves.
It is time to come back. Back to our center. Back to our roots. Back to our souls.
So what do we do? According to Archangel Gabriel the answer may be far simpler than most people realize.
We reconnect with the natural world and allow it to heal us. Archangel Gabriel came in loud and clear this week with an energy that lent itself to recalibration. My channel from him is below.
Recalibration: The First Step Toward Ascension
There has been much discussion about ascension, the New Earth, and humanity’s spiritual evolution. While these concepts can feel complex and difficult to grasp, perhaps the first step is actually much simpler than we realize.
Before ascension comes recalibration. Before we rise, we must first return.
Return to ourselves. Return to nature. Return to God. Return to the truth of who we are.
Earth is a beautiful gift from our Creator, but it can also be a difficult place. We live in a world filled with constant noise, endless distractions, negativity, division, and demands for our attention. It is easy to become disconnected from our souls and from the things that truly matter.
Many people today are exhausted. Not just physically exhausted, but emotionally and spiritually exhausted as well.
They feel disconnected from themselves, disconnected from their purpose, and disconnected from one another. Loneliness has become one of the great challenges of our time. So how do we come back to ourselves and get ready for ascension to the new Earth? Archangel Gabriel’s steps are below.
The Sun
Step outside and feel the sun on your face. Allow its warmth to penetrate every part of your being. Imagine its rays moving through your body, illuminating the places that feel heavy, tired, stressed, or burdened.
The sun carries a cleansing energy.
Think of the freshness of a lemon—bright, pure, restorative. Imagine the sun washing through you in much the same way, clearing stagnant energy and filling you with vitality and life. The sun reminds us that we were never meant to spend all our days disconnected from nature. People need more sunlight. More fresh air. More time outside. Let the healing power of the sun back into your life.
The Earth
Take off your shoes. Walk barefoot on the grass, the dirt, the sand, or the stone beneath your feet. Feel the Earth supporting you. Imagine roots extending from your feet deep into the ground. Feel the Earth pulling away anxiety, fear, stress, and overwhelm. Allow its steady energy to anchor you.
The Earth has a calming effect on the nervous system. It reminds us that we belong here. When we ground ourselves, our minds quiet. Our breathing slows. We become present. We return to center.
The Trees
Hug a tree. Yes, really.
Trees are among the oldest living beings on this planet. They have witnessed storms, seasons, droughts, and centuries of change. They stand quietly, rooted and unwavering. Wrap your arms around a tree and simply be still. Thank it for the oxygen it provides and the life it sustains. Feel its strength. Feel its steadiness. Feel its peace.
Nature has an incredible ability to recalibrate the human soul. When we reconnect with the Earth, we soften. We open. We remember who we are beneath the pressure and noise of modern life. We become rooted again.
The Sky
Look up. The endless blue sky represents endless possibility. When was the last time you truly dreamed? Children dream effortlessly. They imagine, create, and believe. Adults often stop dreaming because life teaches them to become practical, cautious, and realistic. But dreams are important. Dreaming reminds us of who we are.
Find a quiet place and look up into the sky. Think about something you truly desire. It can be a grand vision. It can be a small wish. It can be something you have never spoken aloud. Allow yourself to dream again. Notice the peace that begins to settle over you.
Notice the hope. Notice the joy.
Dreaming is not childish. Dreaming is remembering.
The Moon
Spend time with the moon. Step outside at night and sit beneath its glow. Meditate. Reflect. Listen. The moon carries a wisdom all its own. While the sun energizes and invigorates, the moon soothes and restores. It reminds us that darkness is not something to fear.
Darkness can be healing.
Darkness can be restful.
Darkness can be nurturing.
The moon shines quietly amid the night sky, offering perspective, comfort, and peace. Let it calm your mind. Let it soothe your soul.
The Water
And finally, water. Perhaps my favorite. (AA Gabriel’s). Immerse yourself in water whenever possible. Not simply to wash off and move on with your day, but to truly experience it. Take a bath. Swim. Walk beside the ocean. Sit near a river. Listen to the rain. Water has been healing humanity since the beginning of creation. It cleanses. It restores. It releases.
Allow the water to carry away the worries, frustrations, and energies you have accumulated throughout the day. Let it wash away what no longer belongs to you. Water teaches us how to flow rather than force. How to surrender rather than struggle. How to heal rather than hold on.
Returning to Center
The message is simple. We want people to come back to themselves. To recalibrate. To put down roots. To spend time with family and community. To care for themselves instead of sacrificing their health and well-being in pursuit of endless achievement. The modern world places tremendous strain on the human nervous system.
Many people are exhausted. Many are disconnected. Many are living lives that are incongruent with who they truly are. Incongruence occurs when the life you are living does not match the truth of your soul.
You may be successful but feel empty. You may have accomplished everything you thought you wanted, only to discover that something still feels missing. Your soul knows when you are out of alignment. Recalibration brings you back into congruence. Back into harmony. Back into alignment with your authentic self.
Preparing for a Higher Vibration
Read scripture. Pray. Meditate. Spend time in gratitude. Thank the Creator who gave you life and sustains all things. This is not simply about religion. It is about connection.
Connection to God.
Connection to your soul.
Connection to the Earth and all living things.
Think of recalibration as clearing away what no longer serves you. You are preparing your mind, body, and spirit for a higher vibration. Not the vibration of stress, illness, fear, and burnout. But the vibration of peace, joy, love, and clarity.
When you connect with the Earth, the sun, the moon, the trees, the water, and the air, you begin preparing your entire system for something greater. You become lighter. More centered. More aligned. More yourself.
What Happens Next?
As people begin taking care of themselves, something beautiful happens. They relax. They heal. They gain clarity. They begin to understand who they really are and what they truly want. Not what society expects. Not what others demand. Not what they were told they should become, but what their soul came here to experience.
And when people begin living in alignment with their soul, they become happier, healthier, kinder, and more compassionate. They treat others better because they feel better.
Families become stronger. Communities become healthier. Division begins to soften. People help one another. They remember that we are all connected. This is how societies heal. This is how peace begins. One person at a time.
God continues to impress upon humanity the need for peace. Less division. Less hatred. Less conflict. More understanding. More compassion. More love.
A just and peaceful society is built when people are healthy in mind, body, and spirit. It is built when communities care for one another and when people remember that success and compassion can coexist.
We are not here to diminish achievement. We are here to remember our humanity. To support one another. To lessen unnecessary burdens. To open our hearts to something greater. To reconnect with God, with nature, and with ourselves. That is recalibration.
And perhaps, before humanity ascends, that is exactly where we must begin.
