Straight from THE Source.

Grounding yourself to your soul path and purpose.

A History of Angels - Angelic Wisdom from THE Source

I am an angelic channel, intuitive, psychic, healer, and medium—gifts that have unfolded gradually over many years. While it may sound like a lot, at the heart of it all, I am simply a healer and messenger.

For much of my life, I worked in the corporate world, ultimately stepping into leadership roles where I guided teams, coached individuals, and mentored others. Even then, I sensed my soul’s purpose was to teach—and in many ways, I still do. Today, however, my role is different; I am a conduit, a messenger.

Each week, I channel messages from my angels, specific Archangels, my spirit guides, and occasionally other loved ones in spirit who step forward. These messages are offered with one intention: to heal, to uplift, and to remind you that you are deeply loved. I hold this work with great reverence and humility, often asking why I was entrusted with this gift. I believe God—Source, or what many call the Creator—communicates through the angels.

Trust that these words will reach you exactly when you need them. I believe deeply in divine timing and in a universe that supports you, if you allow it. Lean in. Let go. Surrender, like the ocean, which you will find is a theme on A History of Angels. My hope is that these messages serve you—whether by offering healing, clarity, or simply a moment of peace.

Archangel Sandalphon: The Spiritual Strategic Plan via Automatic Writing

A vibrant, joyful, and lighthearted being who often comes through with laughter, love, and encouragement is Archangel Sandalphon. His message this week centers around grounding, finding your center, and reconnecting with your authentic self.

Many people today feel disconnected from their purpose. They find themselves in relationships that no longer support their growth, careers that no longer inspire them, or routines that leave them feeling unfulfilled. Sandalphon reminds us that beneath all the noise and distractions of life is our spirit—gently guiding us toward a life that is aligned with who we truly are.

This week, we explore Archangel Sandalphon, who I believe is part of the Seraphim; who he is, his role in creation, and how he helps humanity reconnect with its divine purpose. Most importantly, he offers practical guidance on becoming more rooted, centered, and aligned with the life your soul came here to live.

A Message from Archangel Sandalphon

Let us start at the beginning.

I am Sandalphon. I have served the Godhead since the earliest days of creation, one of the first angelic beings. While some traditions associate me with the Seraphim, labels and classifications matter far less than the work we do in service to the Creator.

My responsibilities extend far beyond the Earth alone. I work with many aspects of creation, supporting harmony, balance, and divine order throughout the universe. To the human mind, this can be difficult to fully comprehend, for creation is far more vast and interconnected than most realize.

For humans I do reside and take up a residence, so to speak, in the middle of earth, hollow earth, it cosmically is a vast kingdom.  I work on centering and grounding the earth for the Godhead and for humans to live here. I work closely with Lady Gaia as she is the goddess in charge of earth day to day and assigned via Thrones.  Together, our work is centered on helping humanity remain connected—to the Earth beneath their feet, to their souls, and ultimately to the divine Source from which all life originates.

We do have an order that is perfect, because God is perfect. It is a massive and cosmic force that is God’s energy. Too all-encompassing to truly understand.

If you were to experience my energy, you might be surprised by how joyful it feels.  I am really fun, lighthearted, a jokester, a prankster; we angels love to laugh and sing!

The angelic realms are not as serious as many imagine. There is joy here, celebration, there is wonder.  Creation itself is something to be enjoyed.

The energy you call God is beyond anything words can adequately describe. It is vast, loving, intelligent, and present in all things. It is the source from which everything flows and to which everything ultimately returns.

As for me, I often present myself in ways that feel familiar to those I work with. Some perceive me with darker features and silver-amethyst hues surrounding my energy. These are simply ways your mind interprets a much larger spiritual presence.

What matters most is not how I appear.  It is why I am here.  My work is dedicated to helping people become rooted in their soul path and purpose.  How fortunate you are when you discover why you came here.  Many spend years, even decades, searching for fulfillment. They look outside themselves for answers, believing happiness lies in the next achievement, the next relationship, or the next destination.

Yet the truth is much closer than that.

One of my primary responsibilities is helping support the energetic stability and grounding of the Earth. From a spiritual perspective, I work closely with the consciousness of the planet itself, helping to maintain balance and harmony for all who live here.

The energy you call God—and the same God we lovingly refer to—is far greater than words can adequately describe. It is an immense, cosmic force of creation, intelligence, and unconditional love. It exists within all things and beyond all things, making it difficult for the human mind to fully comprehend its vastness.

I love my job and I love what I do.

And how fortunate you are when you discover that path, that is the secret to life.

In many ways, that is one of life's greatest gifts—to understand why you came here and what your soul wishes to experience and contribute. Many people spend years, even their entire lives, searching for that understanding.

Yet the answer is often much closer than they realize.

If people spent more time going inward—truly inward—they would begin to hear it. The quiet voice of their spirit.  The wisdom of their soul.  The gentle knowing that has been guiding them all along.  The answers are already there, waiting patiently to be heard.

I suppose my greatest hope in sharing this message is to encourage people to go inward, to find their center, and to truly listen.  Listen to the quiet voice within.  Listen to your spirit.  Listen to the wisdom that already resides inside you.

I know this is not always easy. In fact, for many people it can feel quite difficult at first. We live in a world filled with noise, distractions, expectations, and opinions. Learning to hear your own inner guidance often takes patience, practice, and trust.

Yet your spirit is always communicating with you.  The challenge is not whether it is speaking—the challenge is creating enough stillness to hear it.

And often, what your soul is guiding you toward may be very different from what you are doing today.  That realization can be both exciting and uncomfortable.

It may ask you to rethink old patterns, release what no longer serves you, or step into something entirely new. Yet when you begin following the guidance of your spirit, life often starts to feel more aligned and meaningful.

So, what do you do if you have tried meditating, called upon your angels and spirit guides, and still feel uncertain?  What if you sit quietly and hear nothing?  What if the answers do not seem to come?  One approach I often recommend is automatic writing.

Many people are hesitant to try it at first, yet it can be a powerful way to access your inner wisdom and open a dialogue with your higher self, your guides, and your angels.  My suggestion is always to begin with meditation. Spend a few moments quieting your mind, grounding your energy, and connecting with your heart.

And if nothing comes...

If you feel blocked...

If you feel as though you are forcing it...

Then simply begin writing.

Start with a question.  Start with a thought.  Start with a prompt.  Give your spirit room to speak along with your guides and angels.  You may be surprised by what begins to emerge.

Automatic Writing: A Reflection Exercise

If you are struggling to hear your spirit or discover your purpose, I invite you to try a simple exercise.

Find a quiet place. Take a few deep breaths. Set aside the expectations of others and give yourself permission to be completely honest.  Then begin writing.  Don't edit yourself.  Don't judge your answers.  Simply let them flow.  If you feel like you are forcing it and nothing comes, try the below questions.

  1. What do you truly love to do? What brings you joy?
Not for work. Not for making a living. What genuinely brings you joy?

  2. Don't overthink it.
Write it all down. What activities, experiences, or moments do you love?

  3. Write down what lights you up inside?
What energizes you? What makes you feel alive?

4.  If money were not a factor, what would you do with your life?
If every financial need were taken care of, how would you choose to spend your time?

5. Imagine God came to you and asked, "What do you want to do?"
How would you answer? You may think you don't know, but somewhere deep inside, you do.

6. What is trying to emerge from within you?  Is there something inside you that is bursting to come out?
Is there a dream, passion, talent, or calling that feels like it has been waiting to be expressed?

7.  Repeat this exercise every other day for a week.
Not every day—every other day. After eight to ten days, review everything you have written and highlight the themes that appear repeatedly.

8.  Look for patterns.  Is there something that continues to show up? Children? Music? Teaching? Building something? Helping people? Bringing people together? Making others laugh? Pay attention to what repeats.

9.  Did anything intrigue you?  Did you see something that surprised you? Something on the list you didn’t realize was important to you?

When you finish, sit with your answers for a few days.  This is not about finding all the answers overnight. It is simply the beginning of a deeper relationship with yourself and your spirit.  You can repeat this exercise in many different ways.

Write down all the things that bring you joy.  Write down all the moments when you feel happiest.  Write down the times when you feel settled, peaceful, confident, and fully yourself.  Pay attention to those moments.  There are clues hidden within them.  Dig deeper, explore what continues to surface.

Your spirit often reveals itself through the things you naturally love, the things that bring you peace, and the activities that make time seem to disappear.

And perhaps the most important question of all:

If nothing else mattered, how would you choose to spend your time?  Sit with that question.  Your soul may already know the answer.

Bringing It All Together

One of the greatest challenges many people face is that they simply do not spend enough time getting to know themselves.  They know what others expect of them.  They know what society tells them they should do.  They know their responsibilities, obligations, and daily routines.  But many have never truly stopped to ask themselves:

What makes me happy?

What brings me joy?

What makes me feel alive?

Who am I beneath all of the expectations? What is my purpose in this lifetime?

The more time you spend getting to know yourself, the more surprising your answers may become.  You may discover passions you have ignored.  Dreams you have set aside.  Talents you have forgotten.  Or a calling that has quietly been waiting for your attention.  This is why exercises like meditation and automatic writing can be so valuable. They create space for your spirit to speak.

There is no single way to live your purpose.  What matters is finding the unique expression that is yours.

For you (A History of Angels) the message was simple:

Teach. Guide. Heal. Share the love of God, the Creator, and Source.

But how that is expressed is where free will comes into play.  Perhaps it becomes a podcast.  Perhaps it becomes a book.  Perhaps it becomes writing.  Perhaps it becomes coaching, teaching, speaking, or creating something entirely new.

The form is less important than the intention.  Your soul knows the direction.  You are the one who chooses how to bring it to life.  That is the beauty of free will.  And that is why this process should not be done only once.  Return to these questions regularly.  Revisit them every six months or once a year.  Think of it as a check-in with your soul, a spiritual strategic plan.

Just as businesses create plans and review their progress, we can do the same for our spiritual growth and personal fulfillment.  Life changes.  We change.  Our understanding deepens.  What brought us joy five years ago may not be the same thing that brings us joy today.  The more often we check in with ourselves, the more aligned we become.

And the more aligned we become, the easier it is to recognize the path our spirit has been guiding us toward all along.

That is the invitation.

Get to know yourself.

Listen to your spirit.

Trust what emerges.

And give yourself permission to become the person your soul came here to be.
