Archangel Remiel: The Archangel Within
Every morning there is a ritual that I do and that is the Cube of Space Meditation by Sonia Choquette. It is a meditation to the archangels calling them in for protection and overseeing your day. It is how I start off my day- everyday; along with reading a bible verse of the day, it is my ritual. Within that meditation is the Archangel Remiel.
Archangel Remiel is the archangel that has been referenced in Christian and Jewish texts like the Book of Enoch. His name means “Mercy of God” or “Thunder of God.” Most know him to be the archangel of hope, guiding souls to heaven, and a seer of divine visions. According to Diana Copper, an angel intuitive, he is the archangel related to helping people let go of their past, interpreting life reviews, and helps people with major life transitions.
I know Archangel Remiel to be the archangel that helps people realize what is inside of them. Remiel helps you dig deep within, to understand your gifts, your purpose, and realize what gifts are deep inside you.
Not only is he by your side, but he is trying to help you bring out what is buried deep inside you, waiting to come out to the world. He helps you look inside and bring out the magic within you and help you release your true nature to the world.

Who Is Archangel Remiel?
I often see Archangel Remiel on the Green Ray—a soft, light green, like a blade of fresh grass. His energy feels like taking a deep breath of crisp morning air, breathing in the peace and renewal of nature.
I see him as deeply connected to the natural world, helping us ground our energy and reconnect with the Earth. He often works alongside Archangel Purlimiek, the Archangel of Nature, assisting in healing from the inside out. Together, they remind us that true healing begins within and is nurtured by our connection to God's creation.
What to Know
One of the things Archangel Remiel wants to emphasize is the importance of getting outside and grounding yourself in nature. Ground your energy into the Earth, releasing your worries, fears, and burdens as you reconnect with the natural world.
People are always rushing. You are constantly moving from one thing to the next. Remiel asks us to slow down.
Stop and smell the flowers. Breathe deeply. Drink in the fresh air. Look up at the sky. Listen to the birds. Take in the beauty and the scents of nature.
It is such a gift to be on this planet—to have been invited here. This is something that the angels tell me often.
Earth is a very special place. It is a sacred school for the soul, and not just anyone has the opportunity to incarnate here. Yet it is always fascinating to watch what humanity does once they arrive, and how easily people can become distracted or pulled away from their true nature. I often hear Remiel say:
Return to nature. Return to yourself. Return to God.
Things to Know about Archangel Remiel
I see Archangel Remiel as African and know that he has an alignment to Africa, a pull towards Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe and is deeply tied to that region on Earth. He is an easy going angel, relaxed and laid back, and deeply tied to protecting people from within. Any time I am doing an energy clearing, clearing a space, he is there. An energetic cleanse is what many people need to move forward for themselves.
When to Call him In
Call on Remiel when:
You are looking to bring out your gifts deep inside you
Focusing on inward growth
A major transition and life event on the horizon
Aligning with your soul path and purpose
Healing and restoring yourself, restorative cleansing
Helping you recognize the love of the Creator inside you
How do we collectively move people forward- To be the best version of themselves? That is where he will be. Call on Remiel in those situations.
A Meditation to Call on Archangel Remiel
Breathe in and out.
Empty so you can be a clear channel. Settle yourself and dig in deep.
Ask the Lord your God to help you go deep within. Ask your guardian angel to stand by your side.
Simply ask- what are my gifts? What is deep inside me trying to come out?
Envision him stepping into your aura, your energy field, being near you.
Envision his green light coming down on you and surrounding you.
Call on Remiel to help you find the confidence you need.
To release what no longer serves you.
Think of Remiel attuning to the light within you. That light shining brighter and brighter.
And so it is.
