Archangel Jophiel: The Angel of Intuition, the Crown Chakra, and protector of Beauty.
While many things have been written about Archangel Jophiel, whose name is often translated as "Beauty of God," I experience him a little differently.
Angels come to each of us in unique ways. Some people feel a powerful wave of energy. Others see a color or an essence. Like me, some see them clairvoyantly as a human figure in their mind's eye.
Archangel Jophiel appears to me as a male with a beautiful yellow essence. He has shown me that he works on the Golden Ray, as angels are often associated with a radiant golden or white light. He also lets me know that he frequently works alongside Archangel Metatron on the Ray of the Golden Sun and is closely associated with our crown chakra.
The crown chakra is one of the most important energy centers in the human body. Often referred to as the Thousand-Petaled Lotus, it is our connection to the Divine. When the crown chakra is open and balanced, we become more receptive to the guidance of our angels, our spirit guides, and the wisdom that heaven has to offer.
It is no surprise, then, that whenever I am conducting a reading, I often sense Archangel Jophiel standing beside me. He helps open my crown chakra, strengthens my intuition, and assists me in receiving clear divine guidance.
He offers the same support to anyone who calls upon him with an open heart and a sincere desire to deepen their connection with God.

Who Is Archangel Jophiel?
Jophiel means “Beauty of God” but that means he protects the beauty of the universe and what God has created. Angels are all protectors. Protecting the heavens and universe for God, protecting humanity, and sometimes protecting us from ourselves.
In my channel with Archangel Jophiel, he shared that one of his greatest roles is helping people strengthen their intuition. By overseeing the crown chakra and assisting in the opening of this important energy center, he helps people become more receptive to the Divine. As our connection to God deepens, so does our ability to receive guidance from our angels, spirit guides, and our own inner wisdom from our higher-self.
Jophiel also helps us think more clearly about our choices and decisions. Every person has been given the gift of free will and can exercise it at any moment. Sometimes our decisions are thoughtful and aligned with our highest good, and sometimes they are made from fear, emotion, or distraction.
While angels honor our free will and cannot interfere with the choices we make, they are always working behind the scenes to gently guide us. They offer subtle nudges, quiet whispers, signs, and moments of inspiration; encouraging us to move in the direction that best serves our highest good and God's greater plan for our lives.
Meditation or Prayer to Archangel Jophiel
I often see Archangel Jophiel as a Samurai for God. A swift protector, protecting God’s most beautiful creation, humans. Next to the universe and all of creation, God created you, his best invention yet. Jophiel aligns himself with yellow citrine crystals and also clear and rose quartz, for their communicative abilities for us to channel and hear our angels. Below is a meditation or prayer to Archangel Jophiel.
Meditation to Archangel Jophiel
Breathe in deep. Take a few deep breaths.
Start to think about opening the crown chakra at the top of your head.
Deep breaths.
Think of white-golden light coming down into your chakra. Illuminating your crown and lighting up.
Think of a thousand petal lotus flower….opening up each petal, one by one. Think through that process and the steps.
As you breathe in deeply, think of the intricacy of your mind, your crown, and how powerful you are.
Call in Archangel Jophiel to illuminate your crown and enabling you to open up to the divine realm.
Think of yourself opening up to God, our Creator.
Opening your crown to messages, hearing, learning, and making wise decisions.
Breathe in that stillness and expansiveness of your mind.
Sit with the intention of opening your mind and your crown to the divine. Wait and listen.
Continue to breathe deeply.
Now think of closing yourself up, closing up the crown and putting a protective bubble around you.
Envision that golden light coming down all around you. Enveloping you in beautiful light all around you, from your head down to your feet.
Knowing Archangel Jophiel is containing you, protecting you, and by your side.
