Medical Intuitives: The Power of Healing For a long time, I have followed Anthony William, bestselling author of the Medical Medium series of books. Anthony William describes himself as a medical medium who can scan someone’s body and receive information about what may be going on medically within them, whether it involves illness, physical ailments, heavy metals, or other health concerns. In my own readings, information has occasionally come through about areas where someone may be experiencing an issue or where they may want to pay closer attention to their health. It is always fascinating to me. I do not consider myself a medical intuitive, nor do I diagnose medical conditions, but this type of information does dovetail with energy healing, and I have noticed it coming up more and more in the healings I do. I was recently listening to a podcast with Julie Ryan, a well-known medical intuitive, who spoke about the body's ability to heal. The idea that we can play an active role in supporting our own healing really resonated with me, as she believes we can truly heal ourselves of almost anything. I also find it fascinating to watch the growing interest in the mind-body connection and complementary practices such as meditation, sound and music, time in nature, and other approaches to wellness. At the same time, I see more people wanting to get back to nature—growing their own gardens, eating more natural foods, learning about herbs, and becoming more conscious of what they put into their bodies. I believe we are going to continue seeing people become more interested in the connection between the physical, emotional, energetic, and spiritual aspects of healing. There is much more to come on this important topic as people explore energy healing and psychic/intuitive practices alongside appropriate medical care, particularly when they are searching for greater understanding of what they are experiencing and can’t find the answers they may be looking for.
